What sizes are available for your clothing items?
We aim to be a size-inclusive clothing brand, because we believe that everyone deserves comfortable clothing! If you do not see a size listed, please know that this does not mean we do not offer it. Please contact us directly to inquire about size availability for items you are interested in and we will gladly help!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We can also accept e-transfer (please note that e-transfer orders must be placed with us directly and cannot be processed through the website).
What is your return & refund policy?
As a small business, we are currently not offering exchanges or returns. Please ensure you check the size guide listed with each product prior to purchasing.
That being said, we don't just want you to like your items, want you to love them! If for some reason there is a quality control issue, reach out to us directly so we can make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship from Canada and can work with you to find a shipping solution that works. Costs will vary, and any customs or duty payable on arrival is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that at this time, we do not offer free shipping to customers outside of Canada.
How can I track my order?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. From there, you can track your delivery directly through the shipping company's website.
Do you do custom/corporate orders?
Absolutely - we love these! If you have design ideas, please contact us to discuss and let's make your vision a reality. If you are a company who would like to place a large custom order, please also reach out to us to chat!
